Project/Client: NIS2 ImplementationLocation: Hybrid/Remote (Lithuania preferred)Seniority: Middle or SeniorLanguage: Fluent Lithuanian preferredEngagement: On-demand basisRole Overview:We are looking for an Information Security Specialist to support NIS2 and other Lithuanian regulatory compliance projects in both the private and public sectors. The role focuses on audit readiness, ARSIS-based risk assessments, and regulatory gap assessments against national laws and NCSC requirements.Key Requirements:Proven experience with NIS2, DORA, and ISO/IEC 27001 compliance frameworksFamiliarity with Lithuanian cybersecurity legislation (e.g., Cybersecurity Law, Information Resources Management Law, and related regulations)Ability to interpret and apply national security/audit requirements in practiceExperience with audit preparation and security controls implementationStrong collaboration skills, experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePointFluent Lithuanian highly preferredNice to Have:Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security tools (Defender, Intune, Sentinel)Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
