Job descriptionJob Title : Technical AnalystDuration: 1 yearSchedule: Mondays-Fridays (Fulltime on-site)Site address: 2100 Gödöllő, Homoki Nagy István utca 1Language: Must be fluent in English and HungarianDOJ: ImmediateType of Contract: FreelanceNot available for Visa Sponsorship JOB FACTORS Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities: • The IT analyst is responsible for identifying, analysing and optimising the digitally supported work processes including their tools in cooperation with the process owner and process user. • In addition to carrying out requirements analyses, his tasks include budget planning for the implementation of defined measures and the subsequent impact analyses. • As an IT analyst, you model business processes and analyze the resulting requirements for the IT infrastructure and systems. Management for local and global IT projects and software development including continuous improvement of the functionality and availability of business applications • Plan, organize, manage and control all measures related to the implemented business applications/products (small and medium-sized) and their IT infrastructure (server, PC and peripherals, storage) of the company, so that the goals in terms of service, quality and deadlines are achieved and met according to the company's requirements. Key responsibilities: 1. Management • Within the site, the job holder is connected to his line manager via internal reporting. • The position holder assumes project responsibility for global and local projects, if necessary • is involved in global and local projects • Ensuring the security of the license and data protection. • Representation for the function of IT Site Head for technically relevant topics • Guidance and supervision of trainees and students 4. Training & Personnel Development • Expansion of the technical knowledge required for successful support of the applications. • Cultivating an employee culture that is in line with GSK Corporate and GSK Vaccines. • Training coordinator for the local IT team 5. Budget • Supporting the IT head in planning/control so that all costs for applications are within the goals/budget of the IT department. 6. Quality • Comply with and improve the IT quality system (ITIL, SOPs, ITMS framework) for all applications. Ensure that the IT processes at the site can be audited at any time. Contact person for internal and external audit personnel for the applications used • The position holder actively participates in the identification and processing of EHS topics within IT/Tech and beyond. 7. Reporting • Ensure that all relevant information and documents on the applications and IT infrastructure can be available, checked and tracked. 8. Technology • Establishment and further development of the necessary user support, the corresponding IT technology that supports and optimizes the use of the applications at the site or within GSK Vaccines. • Establishment and further development of the tools used within computer-aided processes in the individual departments 9. Environment/Health/Safety • Compliance with and improvement of all relevant EHS content. Further development of an independent EHS culture. • Optional: Security officer for the local IT team 10. Interfaces to other areas/departments/teams • Actively shaping customer relationships to improve service quality both internally and externally • Coordinating tasks with global teams (e.g. GIT, GTS) • Tech contact person for individual areas (e.g. EHS, Primary) Accountability, Key performance indicators: 1. Technology • Cyclical review and analysis of IT services and identification and implementation of improvements within process, costs and performance (e.g. product owner and corresponding further development of the tool including support) 9. Environment/Health/Safety • Identification and prevention of accidents at work • Review and performance of corporate/operator obligations for the local IT/tech team 10. Education & Practice • University degree, university degree or BA in Information Technology or a technical qualification • At least 3 years of experience in a production unit in the pharmaceutical industry. • At least 3 years of experience in the IT industry 2. Technical (commercial) knowledge • Knowledge of the local application landscape, its infrastructure dependencies and support processes • Very good knowledge in the provision of small and medium-sized applications • Very good knowledge in the development and hosting of complex mobile and web-based applications • Good knowledge of IT infrastructure • Good knowledge of ITIL • Basic knowledge of industry standards • Good knowledge of legal regulations and official expectations • Good knowledge of cGMP rules and standards and guidelines derived from them. 3. Tactical/Mgm knowledge • Management of external personnel in the field of software development • Very good knowledge in the selection, improvement or support of business processes within a wide range of specialist areas when using computer-aided systems • Very good skills in user support and service • Good knowledge of manufacturers pharm.
