Role Description The Information Technology Instructor will deliver high-quality training to students or professionals, specializing in IT concepts and applications. Daily tasks include preparing and conducting engaging training sessions, creating e-learning materials, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of IT advancements, focusing on areas such as Windows systems. This is a contract role based in Melbourne, VIC, with a flexible hybrid work model that allows for some work-from-home opportunities. Qualifications Strong foundational knowledge and expertise in Information Technology, including hardware, software, and IT systems.Demonstrated experience in Training, Teaching, and facilitating group learning engagements effectively.Proficiency in E-Learning tools and methods to develop and deliver online courses and training materials.Solid understanding and experience with Windows operating systems and their applications.Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.Ability to tailor teaching approaches to meet the needs of diverse learners, including SMEs and professionals.Relevant certifications such as CompTIA certifications, Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA or MCSE), or equivalent credentials are advantageous.
