For someone ambitious and eager to learn, this is a place where you can make an impact and grow quickly.Your new role As a Server & Network Support Technician, you'll be responsible for supporting and maintaining client infrastructure. Your day-to-day will include: Windows Server & Virtualization: Build and manage AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy; design and maintain Hyper-V hosts, VMs, and backup/DR processes.Networking: Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VLANs, VPNs; deploy and manage Ubiquiti UniFi gateways, switches, and access points; liaise with ISPs for provisioning and fault resolution.Domains & DNS: Manage domain registrations, DNS records, and email cutovers; troubleshoot mail flow issues.Security: Support endpoint security tools and assist with network hardening.Customer Support: Provide remote and onsite support for escalated incidents, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.What you'll need to succeed Strong networking knowledge (LAN/WAN/VLAN, VPNs).Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration and Hyper-V.Familiarity with Ubiquiti UniFi networking gear.Solid understanding of DNS and email transport.Excellent troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused mindset.
