They are growing and need someone to help run and improve their internal IT environment. The role sits in a small IT team and covers day to day operations, support and long term improvements.What you will doKeep IT systems running well across infrastructure, devices, apps and cloud services.Work with Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune.Handle service desk tasks when needed.Improve processes through automation and simple tooling.Support colleagues with clear and practical solutions.Work with other teams to understand needs and improve how things work.Join projects that help scale IT services as the company grows.What you bringMindsetYou take initiative and enjoy solving problems.You work in a structured way but stay practical.You communicate clearly.You like working in a team and keep service in mind.You speak German and English at a good level.You can be in the Dresden office two to three days a week.Technical skillsStrong experience in IT operations in a modern SaaS environment.Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune.Experience with Jira and Confluence.Good understanding of networks and security basics like VPN, IAM, firewalls and routing.Good system and endpoint admin skills across Windows, macOS and Linux.Some exposure to automation or infrastructure tools such as Terraform, scripting, CI/CD, Kubernetes or monitoring.
