The Product Manager will oversee the development and lifecycle of Cludive's digital learning platform and tools. Key responsibilities include gathering and analysing business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing the product roadmap, and ensuring successful product delivery. The role also involves identifying opportunities to optimise processes, integrating technology solutions, and aligning products with the company’s mission of empowering Black immigrants in tech and entrepreneurship.QualificationsProficiency in Information Technology and understanding of technical systemsStrong Product Management skills, including experience with product lifecycle managementAbility to gather, analyse, and document Business Requirements effectivelyExpertise in evaluating and optimising Business Processes for improved efficiencyStrong Analytical Skills to assess data and inform decision-makingExcellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilitiesExperience in working with cross-functional teams, especially within tech-focused or mission-driven organisationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; relevant certifications are a plusPassion for leveraging technology to drive social impact and inclusionInterested?
