Information Technology Program Manager (12-month contract)

Job term: 12-month contractKey Responsibilities:Define the multi-phase implementation roadmap covering project lifecycle systems, CRM, and customer service tools. Coordinate regional rollouts ensuring business readiness and alignment with operational priorities.Coordinate vendor selection and implementation of ERP, PMIS, CRM, and related platforms. Provide transparent progress reporting, risk management, and mitigation strategies. Support the Head of IT in planning, coordination, and delivery of IT initiatives across the full Real Estate Development lifecycle and customer excellence domains.Liaise closely with the Central IT to ensure alignment with established governance, reporting, and risk management frameworks. Manage programme scheduling, dependencies, and vendor coordination to maintain momentum and transparency across regions.
