 Overview: Ideal candidate: Passionate about sports, thrives in dynamic environments, makes quick decisions under pressure, and inspires team performance.  Key responsibilities include:• Oversee sports events and marketing initiatives• Develop operational strategies aligned with company goals• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources• Lead and motivate event coordination team• Maintain stakeholder relationships in sports and events industry• Analyze data to drive operational improvements• Ensure regulatory compliance and event safety Required:• 5+ years in operations management, preferably in sports/events• Strong event planning and execution background• Sports industry knowledge• Excellent project management and leadership skills• Problem-solving ability in high-pressure situations• Proficiency in operational software• Degree in Business, Sports Management, or related field• Fluent English; additional languages beneficial• Flexible work hours including evenings/weekends Location - Dubai
