About the JobYou will lead a recurring initiative focused on upgrading a portfolio of business‑critical applications to their latest supported versions. The role involves continuous alignment with internal teams and external vendors, coordinating version changes, and ensuring smooth execution of software and hardware update cycles.This position is ideal for a medior–senior IT Project Manager who is comfortable working across technical teams, managing release processes, and keeping complex application environments up to date.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd‑to‑end Project Coordination: Manage recurring application upgrade cycles, ensuring all systems are updated efficiently and on schedule. Stakeholder Alignment: Maintain regular communication with internal teams and vendors regarding planned version changes and upgrade requirements. Scope & Planning: Support defining the exact list of applications during the initiation phase based on vendor‑provided upgrade roadmaps. Release & Patch Management: Coordinate software and hardware updates, supervising controlled rollout processes. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain project plans, progress updates, and decision logs. Cross‑Team Collaboration: Work closely with technical specialists and operational teams to ensure smooth delivery.Requirements Medior-senior level IT Project Management knowledge Experience with software lifecycle management Familiarity with release and patch management processes Ability to coordinate with vendors and technical stakeholders Strong communication and organizational capabilitiesWho You AreStructured & Detail‑Oriented: You enjoy managing predictable processes and ensuring clarity across all workstreams.
