Information Technology Project Manager

Job Summary:The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects in alignment with organizational objectives and priorities.What you'll be doing:Developing and managing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgetsCoordinating and overseeing the work of cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineersIdentifying and mitigating risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycleCommunicating project status, updates, and any escalations to key stakeholdersEnsuring projects adhere to our company's processes and best practicesContinuously improving project management processes and methodologiesWhat we're looking for:With 3+ years of experience as a Software Project Manager or in a similar roleBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldStrong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and their practical applicationExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProficient in using project management tools and software, such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft ProjectMust be amenable to work in BGC, Taguig for full onsite.
