All employment decisions at Synechron are based on business needs, job requirements and individual qualifications, without regard to the applicant’s gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disabled or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected.Job Description:Minimum of 6 years of project management experience, preferably in the Cards & Payments domainProven experience managing payment-related projects, including EMV, NFC, Mobile Payments, and Card Management Systems.Strong knowledge of payment industry standards, security protocols, and compliance regulationsStrong knowledge on JIRA & Microsoft project toolsExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and manage priorities effectivelyExperience with agile and waterfall project management methodologiesTechnical understanding of payment processing systems is a plusGood to have - PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification is preferredRequired Skills:Minimum 6 years’ experience, with strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Domain: Proven experience in EMV, NFC, Mobile Payments, and Card Management Systems.Proficiency in JIRA, Microsoft Project, and understanding of payment industry standards, security protocols, and regulations.Excellent stakeholder management, multitasking ability, and PMP/Prince2 certification preferred.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related fieldSoft Skills:Excellent communication and leadership skills.Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
