We need a power player with the grit to outpace the market and the strategic depth to dominate the Saudi IT landscape.If you have the commercial edge to win enterprise-scale AI, Data, and Supply Chain deals, come lead the charge!Job Purpose:To lead and drive the IT services sales strategy at Innovate Consulting & Tech, ensuring sustainable revenue growth, market expansion, and the development of long-term strategic client partnerships. The role oversees the overall sales function, identifies and capitalizes on new business opportunities, and positions the company as a trusted and competitive IT solutions provider in the Saudi market.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:Develop and execute the annual sales strategy in alignment with the company’s business objectives.Define GTM, sales plans, and growth initiatives.Identify new market segments and business opportunities.Contribute to pricing strategies and commercial models.Business DevelopmentCreate a strong engine for Demand GenerationLead the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.Drive acquisition of new corporate clientsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.Negotiate high-value contracts and long-term service agreements.Ensure proper handover to delivery/technical teams post-sale.Sales ManagementLead, mentor, and manage the sales team after the expansionSet KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure target achievement.Establish a structured pipeline and forecasting process.Ensure CRM discipline and reporting accuracy.Collaboration & AlignmentWork closely with technical and operations teams to design tailored IT solutions.Ensure alignment between client expectations and service delivery.Provide market feedback to leadership regarding trends and client needs.Reporting & Performance MonitoringPrepare sales forecasts, revenue reports, and pipeline analysis.Monitor budget utilization within the sales function.Track competitor activities and market positioning.Qualification & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.10+ years of experience in software/business applications/services sales.Previous experience in selling Tier One ERP licenses or consultancy services.Proven track record in selling IT services/solutions to corporate clients.Expertise in orchestrating high-value sales for Cloud ERP, AI, and System Integration projects.Adept at positioning managed services and leveraging a foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure to deliver comprehensive enterprise solutions.Demonstrated ability to close high-value enterprise deals.Experience in building and managing sales pipelines and forecasting revenue.Strong negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
