What You´ll Do Provide end-user support for PCs and mobile devices. Manage and maintain accurate IT inventory records. Perform installation, configuration, and setup of PCs and mobile devices. Troubleshoot and resolve IT tickets in a timely and efficient manner. Develop and maintain user manuals and technical guides. Support Microsoft 365 applications including O365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) video conferencing systems. Conduct basic Local Area Network (LAN) troubleshooting. Update and maintain network inventory documentation and network diagrams. Support System Engineers on network and data center-related topics. Ensure compliance with Henkel’s internal guidelines, policies, and regulations. What makes you a good fit Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field. 0–1 year of relevant experience in IT support, networking, or systems administration. Fresh graduates with strong technical foundations are encouraged to apply. Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, and networking concepts.
