Job Description

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote IT audit and compliance services across the UAE market. You will identify and close business opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and lead all aspects of the sales cycle— from market mapping to deal closure.Key ResponsibilitiesProspecting & Client Outreach: Research, contact, and build relationships with C-suite and IT leaders in target industries (financial services, healthcare, government, etc.).Consultative Selling: Identify client pain points relating to IT risks, controls, cybersecurity, and compliance. Present tailored IT audit solutions.Sales Cycle Management: Lead end-to-end pre-sales process: qualify leads, develop proposals, deliver presentations, negotiate, and close contracts.Regulatory Expertise: Stay current on UAE-specific IT regulations, ISO 27001, 22301, 27701, GDPR and (e.g. UAE CIRCULAR 16/2018, Dubai Data Law, DIFC regulations, CBUAE Cybersecurity, UAE IAR (NESA)). Use this knowledge to advise customers on compliance needs.Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (audit, consulting, delivery, legal, marketing) for proposal creation, scoping, and RFP responses.Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain CRM records (e.g. Salesforce), provide accurate forecasts, and track performance metrics.Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and market shifts to refine sales strategies and value propositions.Required Qualifications & Skills2–3 years of experience selling IT audit, risk management, cybersecurity, or compliance services—preferably within the Middle East/GCC.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a full sales cycle.In-depth understanding of UAE laws and regulations governing IT, data protection, and cybersecurity.Strong network and ability to engage senior IT and business leaders across enterprise sectors.Excellent communicator with persuasive presentation, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills.High motivation, self-starter mindset, and capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Professional attitude with strong ethics and client focus.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree, MBA will be an add on advantage.Familiarity with vertical regulations: Healthcare (ADHICS, DHA, HAAD), Finance (SCA, DFSA, ADGM), Telecom, CBUAE Cybersecurity, UAE IAR (NESA).
