Job Description

Client: Netflix Role: IT Support Specialist Duration: 12-Month Contract (with potential for extension)Location: Vancouver, Canada - 580 Granville St, Vancouver BCKey Responsibilities:•Provide end-user hardware and software support for company-issued devices (laptops, desktops, tablets, peripherals)•Manage mobile devices and associated service lines•Coordinate with facilities and external vendors during scheduled maintenance or infrastructure-related issues•Log, escalate, and track issues as needed with internal IT stakeholders•Issue and collect IT equipment using asset inventory systems•Maintain accurate records of IT assets•Act as the onsite IT presence during core hours for real-time troubleshooting•Support office moves, pilot programs, and system migrations under project lead directionRequired Experience/Skills:•1-2 years of experience in desktop support or IT operations•Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software•Experience with asset management and inventory tools•Excellent communication and coordination skills•Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with remote IT teamsIf interested, please share resume to ramya.k@sstech.us
