Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Supporting walk-in customers, and day-to-day IT operations support. E.g. PC Imaging, software, and hardware installation troubleshooting all issues, and ensuring security procedures are followed and enforced.Creating and maintaining documentation of IT systems and processesParticipating in team meetings and collaborating with other departments as neededAssisting in the planning and execution of IT projects or activities as and when requiredConducting research on new technologies and providing recommendations for improvementAble to perform Automation, AI related tasksPREFERRED EXPERIENCE:Some knowledge in scripting skills with knowledge of programming languages, such as Python an added advantageGood knowledge of IT Operations supports.Basis Network and Media services supports knowledge.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Basic knowledge of computer hardware and softwareSome experience in Automation, AI related tasksACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:Diploma or Degree in computer science, information systems, or a similar field.
