To support daily operation and implement new strategies from the IT groupKey Duties / ActivitiesIn charge of organizing IT preventive maintenance and unplanned jobs.Diagnose and troubleshoot IT equipment problems and provide resolutions and improvements.Managing IT documentation includes both administrative and technical aspects, ensuring proper record-keeping, system configuration tracking and support for operational and strategic IT initiatives.
