Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support & Operations (40%)Provide Level 1/2 technical support, acting as a contact point for technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.Support workspace setup, conference setup and desk moves.Maintain asset inventory and work with vendors.Infrastructure & Continuous Improvement (50%)Administer core services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.Ensure system security and compliance through proper configuration and tooling.Work closely with oversea teams to contribute in infrastructure projects.Participate in infrastructure upgrade projects and new technology deployments.Qualifications & SkillsMust-Haves:3+ years of experience in providing technical support or infrastructure engineering.Preferably with experience in:Windows/Linux Server AdministrationNetworking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, Firewalls)Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.Nice-to-Haves:Familiarity with ITIL framework and change management processes.Experience in a financial services or other fast pace environment.
