Software Engineer (Frontend) - FinTech, DubaiOur client, who are a rapidly growing FinTech startup based in Dubai, are seeking a talented Frontend Software Engineer with significant experience in React Native to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of the mobile experience and play a key role in the next phase of product development.Key Responsibilities:Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance front-end solutions using modern frameworks.Collaborate with the product and backend teams to translate wireframes and API specs into smooth user experiences.Offer feedback on API contracts to ensure frontend integration is efficient and robust.Experiment with new tools, libraries, and design patterns to improve performance and usability.Rapidly prototype and iterate on new product features in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Contribute to product planning and help shape technical roadmaps.Skills & Experience Required:3+ years of proven frontend software engineering experience, ideally within a Startup or fast-paced product environment.Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or similar) from a top recognized institution.Solid understanding of core computer science concepts (system design, algorithms, data structures).Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, or Clojure Script.Deep experience with React and React Native.Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux or Flux.A track record of shipping polished, user-facing mobile applications.Strong eye for design and user experience, and a thoughtful approach to API integration.Experience working with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.A proactive, self-starting mindset with a sense of ownership from concept to production.Salary: Competitive, based on years of experienceBenefits: ESOP/Stocks package, Visa, Medical Insurance, Return Flight to home country (Employee only)
