Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager who can manage and deliver complex data center and infrastructure transformation projects end-to-end. This role requires someone who understands the full technical landscape not just coordination and can translate business needs into scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure solutions.What We’re Looking For:Minimum 5-10 years managing mid-to-large scale IT infrastructure projects in complex enterprise environmentsStrong understanding of infrastructure technologies (networks, servers, storage, cloud, security, etc.)Analytical mindset able to assess data, identify pain points, and propose actionable improvement plansExcellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical audiencesStrong planning, organizational, and vendor management capabilitiesTroubleshooting and problem-solving mindset with high attention to detailAbility to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environmentInsurance industry experience is a strong advantage.What You’ll Do:Deliver IT infrastructure and data center projects Understand business needs and turn them into technical project plansIdentify gaps in current infrastructure and recommend improvementsWork closely with IT teams to design and validate solutionsManage scope, budget, timeline, risks & qualityHelp integrate new systems and ensure everything works seamlessly togetherProvide clear progress updates and insights through reporting/analyticsLead testing, deployment, and handover to operationsCoordinate with multiple stakeholders across the organizationNice to Have:PMP / Prince2 CertificationITIL FoundationSix Sigma or experience in process improvement
