We support governments, port authorities, and development institutions in designing strategic infrastructure, strengthening trade systems, and improving cross-border logistics competitiveness in emerging and transitional markets.Role OverviewWe are seeking an Infrastructure & Trade Systems Policy Analyst to support applied research and strategic advisory projects focused on multimodal connectivity, port logistics modernization, and institutional reform. Based in Athens, this role is ideal for professionals with experience in infrastructure planning, transport policy, or EU-aligned trade facilitation—particularly in maritime-focused economies and the Euro-Mediterranean region.You will contribute to diagnostics, technical reports, investment strategy frameworks, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze logistics infrastructure, port performance, and trade corridor dynamics in Greece and neighboring regionsSupport the development of investment briefs, modernization strategies, and regulatory alignment documentsTrack initiatives related to TEN-T corridors, Global Gateway, and EU–Mediterranean trade integrationIdentify institutional and technical barriers to efficient cross-border trade and infrastructure developmentCollaborate with global teams on research, scenario planning, and stakeholder engagement deliverablesPrepare materials for consultation with government ministries, port authorities, and EU institutionsQualificationsDegree in International Trade, Public Policy, Transport Planning, or Development Economics2–5 years of experience in infrastructure advisory, trade logistics, or public-sector consultingFamiliarity with Greece’s port infrastructure, transport systems, or EU-funded corridor projects is an assetExcellent research and writing skills in EnglishExperience with donor-funded programs, corridor diagnostics, or multilateral coordination is desirableKnowledge of green port strategies, intermodal freight systems, or customs modernization is a plusApplication ProcessTo apply, please submit your CV and a brief cover letter via LinkedIn.
