Your mission is to orchestrate high-impact strategies that maximize our installed capacity and technical efficiency, ensuring that every product we create meets the promise of quality and innovation of L'Oréal Groupe.Your Main Responsibilities Will BeDesign and Execute Manufacturing Strategies: You will lead the execution of the annual production plan to meet demand with a focus on agility and simplicity.Lead Transformation and Technical Innovation Projects: You will drive continuous improvement through in-depth analysis of physicochemical processes, optimizing resources and challenging the operational status quo.Orchestrate New Product Launches (NPD): You will lead interdisciplinary teams to ensure the industrial success of our innovations, mitigating technical risks and maximizing efficiency from the design phase.Guarantee Excellence in EHS and Quality: You will ensure that all manufacturing processes strictly comply with global safety and quality guidelines, promoting a culture of zero accidents and zero defects, which are non-negotiable for us.We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a candidate with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to connect technical details with the Group's strategic objectives.
