Inside Sales Associate (Fresher)

We’re looking for a smart, confident fresher to join our sales team as an Inside Sales Associate. The role involves handling client communication, follow-ups, and supporting the sales team in driving software sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, be proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced tech environment.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.Follow up on leads and maintain a clear record of client interactions in Toolyt.Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth lead progression.Assist in preparing proposals, follow-up reports, and sales documentation.Understand Toolyt’s platform and explain basic product features to prospects.RequirementsFresher or up to 1 year of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or client communication.Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.Confident in conversations, with a positive and persuasive attitude.Good at maintaining records and using tools like Google Sheets or CRM platforms.Quick learner with a genuine interest in technology and software sales.Educational QualificationBachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer interaction are eligible.
