Role Description This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Udupi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, developing strategies to exceed sales targets, and building strong client relationships. This position involves managing and mentoring sales teams, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The role also includes monitoring market trends, analyzing sales performance, and implementing improvements to achieve the bank's objectives. Qualifications Proficiency in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship ManagementStrong skills in Team Leadership, Performance Optimization, and CoachingStrategic Planning, Market Analysis, and Problem-Solving capabilitiesExcellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skillsAbility to work independently and make data-driven decisionsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fields; MBA is preferredExperience in the banking or financial sector is highly advantageous
