Ryan Herco Flow Solutions, a leading distributor of high-quality flow and fluid handling products, is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.In this role, you’ll be the voice of our company — building relationships with customers, providing solutions, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to service and quality.Essential FunctionsDeliver outstanding customer service by answering calls, resolving issues, entering orders, and ensuring timely follow-upTurn inquiries into opportunities — recommend complementary products, accessories, or replacements to meet customer needsPrepare bids and quotations, then follow up to close the saleDocument all customer interactions and sales activities in our ACS systemPartner with Outside Sales to provide exceptional account management and support both new and existing customersHelp execute sales and marketing initiatives that drive growth and customer engagementStay up to date on Ryan Herco Flow Solutions products through ongoing product and sales trainingMaintain accurate and organized customer records in our databaseExperience, Education And SkillsHS Diploma or equivalentBachelors degree is preferred 2+ years of proven sales and/or customer service experienceExperience within customer service at a manufacturer or industrial distributer is preferred Experience or knowledge of industrial fluid process products is a plus! Strong communication skills with a genuine desire to help customers succeedDemonstrated professionalism, and the ability to guide customers toward solutionsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple prioritiesPersuasive, self-motivated, and driven to exceed goalsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), able to type 40+ WPM, and ability to learn and effectively use CRM software Why Join us?
