Job DescriptionWe have an opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative with English to join us at Honeywell, in Bucharest, where you will be managing sales opportunities within a specific territory by generating, following up, and closing opportunities via phone calls and emails.The role will require, cold call and account management activities, marketing campaigns & lead management, pipeline management, forecasting and closing opportunities to get results.This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office, 2 days work from home model.Key ResponsibilitiesProspects the market to identify business opportunities Follow opportunities from needs identification phase to closing stage Identify market and competitor activity, product and industry developments and feedback this information to management and other relevant functions (e.g. Marketing or Sales Development) Account management activities; upsell & cross sell business planning and execution/develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas Build deep relationships over the phone with the assigned channel and end-customers and become a trusted advisor for Honeywell’s products and services Act on the customer’s behalf as an advocate to assure customer has best possible experience when interacting with Honeywell Actively pursues new opportunities to drive and enable business growth while addressing new or existing customer needs Collaborate effectively with others to ensure the customer needs are fully met Providing additional discounts may be needed. This is done by involving and requesting approval from the Inside Sales Supervisor and/or Sales Manager / VP which makes their decision based of customer account history and margin reports.Constantly engaging and collecting customer feedback by following up on existing quotes for spare parts and servicesRespect the SALs for the monthly assigned number of leads via SFDC or emailReview existing processes and make sure to update or notify the management of any changesVerifying Purchase Orders received from the customer and the Billing Department, in order to match with the quotes prior to creating the Sales Orders (Order Acknowledgements).
