Inside Sales Representative- Optical ConnectivityYour JobProvide input and support to Sales Account Managers and Customers in preparing quotations, monitoring order status, follow-up and execution of critical programs/processes and report analysis and preparation. Whether solving complex issues or providing day-to-day assistance, we take pride in being reliable, responsive, and customer-focused.What You Will DoManage the status and schedule of all customer Orders, Returns, Complaints and RequestsEnsure Customer inquiries/issues are addressed/ resolved to completionEnsure accuracy of data and requirements in SAPManage execution, requirements and maintenance of Customer ProgramsResolve Order-related issues with intercompany departmentsIssue Quotations and follow-up on the statusPrepare and utilize analysis reports to improve programs and communication/follow-up with CustomersPrepare Order, RMA and Forecast status reports.Backup Account/Sales Managers during TravelUpdate Customer portalsIssue open order ECOsWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Excellent written/verbal communications skills, detail oriented, and MS Office proficiency with an emphasis on Excel.Minimum 3 yrs experience in a customer-facing service role.
