As part of SSAB you will be instrumental in realizing this goal and push for the green transformation of the whole steel industry.About the positionInside sales oversees customer orders, manages inventory levels, and coordinates delivery schedules. Strong communication with customers and sales teams, plus a sense of ownership, are essential.Main responsibilitiesRespond promptly and effectively to sales calls and customer inquiries.Process and manage sales orders, delivery notes, and purchase orders in SAP, including creating delivery requests for the warehouse and trucking partners as part of order fulfillment.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and maintain high customer satisfaction.Perform monthly inventory closing tasks.Proactively reach out to existing customers to identify new sales opportunitiesAbout YouMinimum of 3-5 years' experience in inside sales or customer service, ideally within Administration & Office Support or Client & Sales Administration sectors.Proficiency in Japanese; business proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in meetings, correspondence, and documentation.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP B1.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to establish strong rapport with clients.A customer-focused approach and a dedication to delivering outstanding service.Got questions about this position?Contact: Veronica Law (HR)Email: veronica.law@ssab.com We decline contacts from recruitment agencies and ad sellers regarding this advertisement.
