Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesExecute high-volume outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification via calls, emails and LinkedIn to generate enterprise-level opportunities across multiple Asian markets.Build and maintain your own prospecting lists.Working closely with Marketing to align campaigns for targeted outreach.Nurture prospects, and ensure smooth lead handover to BD Director/ Country Manager with clear qualification notes.Track and report on activity metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to continuously refine processes based on data and feedback.Contribute to the Sales Development playbook (prospecting cadences, messaging, reporting structure)What We’re Looking ForMinimum of 3–5 years experience in sales development, inside sales, or demand generationProven ability to generate and qualify enterprise-level leads.Experience in digital services, SaaS, or rewards/incentives industry is an advantage.Strong understanding of B2B lead generation processes and tools (CRM, automation platforms, prospecting tools).Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.Strategic thinker with a hands-on, data-driven approach.
