We're on a mission to redefine the customer experience, and we need a passionate Inside Sales Support to join our Operations team in Melbourne or Canberra.The Inside Sales Support team member is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Sales team by providing both pre-sales and administrative support. This role enables the team to focus on client engagement and revenue growth by managing internal sales processes, maintaining accurate sales data, preparing professional quotations, and supporting the overall efficiency of the sales function. Act as a key liaison between internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of sales support services.RequirementsWhat you'll do:Provide day-to-day sales and administrative support to the Business Development and Customer Success teams, ensuring accurate client data, clear communication, and smooth operations. Communicate with customers via email and phone, and attend sales meetings with representatives as required to support client engagement and follow-up. Prepare and manage professional, accurate, and competitive sales quotations, maintaining records, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow-ups. Utilise ConnectWise and other internal systems to manage daily tasks, prioritise workloads, and maintain accurate opportunity, quotation, and distributor information. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and vendors to optimise pricing, product knowledge, and available discounts, and collaborate to resolve issues or clarify product specifications. Stay informed on market trends, pricing updates, and vendor promotions to support informed decision-making and sales opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate deliverables, ensure smooth project handovers, and achieve successful outcomes for customers.
