About the Role: Responsible for all administrative tasks of the human resources function of our clients including resume screening, candidate interviewing, on-boarding/separation processes, employee files, benefits/leave of absence administration and fielding general HR questions. With an opportunity to collaborate and learn from our HR Managers and HR Experts. Excellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to develop amazing rapport with clientsSuperior attention to detailProficient with Microsoft Word & ExcelPreferred Skills: HRIS experienceBilingual in SpanishBachelor’s degree or equivalent learning/life experiencePay range and compensation package: $20-22 per hour
