We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Creative Creator to oversee the evolution of our brand across all touchpoints—digital, print, in-office, and experiential. This role combines storytelling, design, marketing strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver visually compelling, patient-first experiences. You’ll lead our creative vision while ensuring every asset we produce is impactful, compliant, and on-brand. Responsibilities: Develop powerful narratives and brand stories that resonate with patients and industry stakeholders. Own and evolve the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all internal and external creative materials.
Guide where, when, and how creative assets are distributed to maximize impact across digital and offline channels. Lead the design and execution of all marketing campaigns—digital, print, social, and in-office. Oversee visual content creation, including photo, video, animation, print collateral, and digital layouts. Partner with clinical, operations, and marketing teams to create intentional touchpoints throughout the patient journey—from first interaction to post-treatment follow-up. Stay ahead of creative and cultural trends, particularly in the beauty, dermatology, and aesthetics industries. Qualifications● 7+ years of experience in a senior creative role, ideally within healthcare, wellness, beauty, or aesthetics.
● Strong portfolio showcasing brand development, campaign design, and multi-channel storytelling. ● Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. ● Deep understanding of creative platforms and tools (Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva, AI content tools, etc. ). ● Ability to think both strategically and tactically—balancing big-picture ideas with hands-on execution. ● Experience partnering with marketing, digital, clinical, and legal teams. ● Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field required. Master’s preferred. Salary: around $70,000
