Job SummaryKey Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责:Full end to end business partner with Oral GM, Marketing, Trade Marketing and Sales.Strategically develop deep market, consumer, macro-economics and category analysis to identify business growth opportunities and consumer trends.Track business performance of own brands and competition in various channels and build clear picture of growth driver / issue for team to take action.Drive innovation excellence through deep consumer understanding and develop innovation test (both pre and post) frameworks and protocols in omnichannels to facilitate alignment in cross functions and global team.Drive brand excellence through brand equity tracking, media and communication analytics and creative excellence, lead discussions across SMD and BU relevant teams to improve brand power.Lead advanced analytics projects including forecast, MMM, AI insights, etc. and drive comprehensive analytics into actions and stories.Lead commercial excellence, e.g. city expansion plans, price and promotion strategy, competitor analysis etc. whenever is relevant to overall BU strategies.Develop trust partnership with global team and local cross function team, drive Oral CBIA as more impactful business partner within Oral BU.Grow and develop people in Oral CBIA team.Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies) 申请资格 / 职位要求:(教育背景 / 工作经验 / 知识与技能):10-15 years’ experience in consumer insight/analysis in both agency and client side, preferably FMCG industry and have global network.Proven record in CMI category lead position, partnering GM or Marketing Director.Enriched experience in market data intelligence, specifically EMI, Nielsen (RMS/City sensor/AAC), Kantar World Panel, Online tracking tools (Venn/Smart path/Nint), EC data tool (策略中心,云图, etc.), Kantar BPS, MMM, shopper journey, etc. and lead annual planning/review multiple data source consolidation.Track record on drive innovation, brand and operational excellence.Experience in proactively drive strategic initiatives to drive business growth.Hands-on experience in statistic analytics, e.g. time series forecast, correlation, regression analysis and basic knowledge in data infrastructure, PBI, etc.Strong oral and written communication Skills and ability to influence peers/upwardsOpen minded, flexible in changes and quick learner of new capabilities.
