Institutional Business Development Manager (China/Singapore)

The project operates at the intersection of DeFi, digital assets, and institutional finance, working closely with funds, allocators, and ecosystem partners. The team moves fast, works with high ownership, and values people who bring clarity, drive, and genuine curiosity about the future of decentralized finance.The RoleWe are looking for a BD Manager who feels comfortable working with institutional clients, maintaining relationships, and supporting business development efforts across several markets.
