The CompanyA fast growing DeFi protocol backed by strong institutional demand is expanding its business development team across several regions. The project operates at the intersection of DeFi, digital assets, and institutional finance, working closely with funds, allocators, and ecosystem partners. The team moves fast, works with high ownership, and values people who bring clarity, drive, and genuine curiosity about the future of decentralized finance.The RoleWe are looking for a BD Manager who feels comfortable working with institutional clients, maintaining relationships, and supporting business development efforts across several markets. This role suits someone who has already been exposed to account management or early stage BD in crypto, and who enjoys building long term partnerships in a fast changing environment.Experience in the digital asset space is important and will help you navigate the conversations, the products, and the expectations of institutional clients.Mandarin is required, as you will communicate with partners and clients across multiple regions.Location: China or Singapore (remote)What You Will DoMaintain and grow relationships with institutional clients and partnersSupport BD pipeline activities and identify new opportunities that fit the company's strategyHandle account management tasks and ensure partners have a smooth experienceAssist with lead generation, research, and outreach when neededCoordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are understood and deliveredTrack progress, prepare updates, and help move deals forwardWhat You Bring To The Table1 to 5 years of experience in account management or BD within crypto, DeFi, or digital assetsComfort working with institutional stakeholders such as funds, trading firms, or ecosystem partnersStrong communication skills and an interest in helping partners understand the company's productsA proactive mindset and ability to work with limited structureOrganizational and follow up skills with attention to detailWhat You Will GetCompetitive salary: 150k to 180k USDVariable bonus based on performanceToken component as part of the packageA full time engagement with a team that values trust, ownership, and impactFast hiring process and direct access to the leadership teamWe work with companies that care about building respectful, inclusive teams where people can grow, contribute, and feel supported.
