About Orderlock Capital Orderlock Capital is a specialised digital asset investment firm focused on blockchain infrastructure and decentralised finance protocols. We leverage quantitative strategies and deep market analysis to manage digital asset portfolios. We are currently expanding our presence in the APAC region and are seeking a New Zealand-based professional to drive our strategic partnerships.The Role This is not a retail sales role. As an Institutional Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and managing high-value partnerships within the Web3 and FinTech sectors. You will act as the bridge between Orderlock Capital and project foundations, institutional liquidity providers, and other market participants.Key ResponsibilitiesPartnership Development: Identify and engage with leading blockchain protocols and infrastructure providers in the APAC time zone.Due Diligence: Conduct initial operational due diligence on potential B2B partners and present findings to the investment committee.Market Intelligence: Monitor regulatory developments in New Zealand and Australia (FMA/ASIC) to ensure our partnership strategies remain compliant.Stakeholder Management: Maintain professional relationships with key external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and long-term alignment.RequirementsBased in New Zealand (Auckland or Wellington preferred) with valid working rights.Demonstrated experience in Business Development, Institutional Sales, or Account Management within Finance or Technology.Solid understanding of digital asset market structure (custody, liquidity, DeFi primitives).Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (British/NZ spelling standard).Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment.Compensation & TermsContract Type: Independent Contractor or Full-Time Employee (NZ compliant).Base Salary: NZD $120,000 – $150,000 per annum.Performance Incentives: Annual discretionary bonus based on firm performance.Equipment: Corporate laptop and home office allowance provided upon successful onboarding.Application Process To apply, please submit your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your experience in the digital asset sector.
