Job Description

Position OverviewThis role, based in Malaysia, supports the Hong Kong Institutional Solutions team in managing institutional client operations and communications. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling institutional client inquiries, coordinating due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), preparing client notices, and supporting operational workflows, ensuring seamless cross-border collaboration and service quality across multiple regions.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day institutional client inquiries and coordinate timely responses with internal stakeholders (Compliance, Legal, Operations, Product, etc.)Coordinate and manage client-initiated due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and supporting documentationPrepare, review, and distribute institutional client notices, operational updates, and other communicationsProvide administrative and operational support for institutional business activities, including tracking, documentation, and reportingFacilitate cross-border collaboration between the Hong Kong and Malaysia teams, ensuring communication consistency and process efficiencyMaintain accurate documentation and compliance control standards (this role does not involve account opening or client data maintenance)QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Accounting, Law, or related disciplines3–6 years of relevant experience in financial institutions or institutional client servicing, preferably with exposure to brokers, banks, or asset managersExperience in client servicing, documentation review, or operational coordinationFamiliarity with virtual asset or financial market operations is an advantageDetail-oriented, organized, and responsible, with strong multitasking and time-management skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills across departments and geographiesProficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese proficiency is a plus)
