Job Description

InStride is currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic client Success Manager to join our Academic Partnerships team. With guidance from the VP, Strategic Partnerships, but with significant autonomy, this individual will be responsible for maintaining academic partner account management strategy, overseeing partner touchpoints with InStride, delivering on annual targets and retention objectives, and qualifying expansion opportunities for academic partner institutions. The role involves managing and growing a portfolio of academic partnerships, serving as the primary point of contact for academic partners, building strong relationships, understanding partner needs, and delivering tailored strategies for success.

The manager will partner with internal teams to identify opportunities to improve the student journey, use data to monitor performance, and implement initiatives to improve results and reduce friction points. Collaboration across teams is essential to execute partner initiatives, manage timelines, and resolve operational challenges. The role includes leading strategic account reviews, translating insights into actionable plans, supporting new partner onboarding, and championing operational excellence and continuous improvement. The candidate should have 4+ years of experience in ed tech customer success, enrollment management, sales, or consulting, with a growth mindset, proactive and adaptable approach, and commitment to building strong relationships.
