This is a front-desk / reception style role, not a call center (no AHT, QA, CSAT, etc.).Call carriers to gather information about customers' insurance policies.Issue binders, policies, and endorsements.Process and revise draft insurance proposals or quotes.Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness.Create and maintain files according to policies and procedures guidelines.Download policy documents and certificates and send them to the required parties.Call and email customers regarding notices of cancellations and renewals.Other relevant duties as assigned.At Elevate Teams, we see ourselves as a strong, collaborative team rather than just coworkers.
