In this vital client-facing role, you’ll help evaluate potential workplace claims and guide individuals through the early stages of the legal process in employment-related disputes.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary range: $130,000 – $180,000Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysProfessional development and training opportunitiesSupportive, collaborative work environmentPotential for long-term growth and advancementHybrid and fully remote options!Requirements and Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:Conduct intake interviews to evaluate potential employment-related claimsAnalyze workplace issues involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage violationsApply knowledge of federal/state laws such as Title VII, FMLA, ADA, ADEA, FLSA, and state-specific labor codesDraft detailed case assessments and legal memos for internal reviewEducate clients on legal rights and next steps in the legal processCollaborate with intake staff to ensure thorough and timely follow-upsRefer cases internally or externally as appropriateMaintain a compassionate and professional tone during high-volume client interactionsRequired Qualifications:J.D. from an accredited law schoolActive bar membership in good standing3+ years of experience in employment law or plaintiff-side litigationStrong understanding of federal and state labor lawsExcellent analytical and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple inquiries with empathy and efficiencyProficiency with legal intake or case management systems a plus
