To achieve this, we founded BiORG on three core Principles which underpin everything we do:Principle 1 -Forge our culture by ensuring every member, no matter their role, feels like a Business Partner.Principle 2 - Forge Futures by building an Australian sovereign capability in Support Systems and Integrated Product Support.Principle 3 - Forge the way by championing inclusion, diversity and sustainability.Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) ProfessionalsBiORG Pty Ltd is seeking highly motivated Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) professionals.RequirementsTertiary education in engineering, formal training, or equivalent experience in ILSExperience in the One Defence Capability System Experience in developing or assisting in ILS documentation, including a variety of logistics and technical solutions, plans, ideas, reports, instructions, statements of work, transition strategies, and communication artefactsExperience with Acquisition ILS processes including FMECA, LORA, LSAR and Task Analysis.Experience undertaking, evaluating, or informing logistic support analysis (desirable)Experience in developing or assisting in tender documentation pertaining to ILS (desirable)Practical know-how and expertise in identifying, implementing, and tracking acquisition project supply support/inventory management procedures (desirable)Knowledge of and compliance with legislative codes, government decision-making, and the Defence mission and policy standards (desired)Must hold an AGSVA NV1 Clearance (or above) (required)
