From developing ILS plans and managing supply chains to ensuring materiel readiness and compliance, your work will directly support Australia’s national capability.Who You AreYou're an experienced logistics professional who can think strategically and act decisively. You're comfortable navigating complexity, leading ILS programs, and working side-by-side with Defence, project teams and engineers.What You’ll Bring· Logistics Expertise: in logistics planning, procurement, sustainment, and distribution.· Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to plan, execute, and assure ILS frameworks across capability lifecycles.· Communication Skills: Confident working with technical teams and senior stakeholders alike.· Problem-Solving: A structured approach to identifying risks and delivering solutions.· Leadership: Ability to guide teams and drive ILS maturity.· Maritime or Defence domain logistics experience· Security Clearance: AGSVA NV1 or above (or the ability to obtain).Bonus Points If You’ve Got:· Familiarity with MILIS, CMT-L or Commonwealth procurement and sustainment systems· Qualifications in ILS, engineering or related disciplines· Knowledge of the One Defence Capability SystemWhy You’ll Love Working HereZilor Group stands at the forefront of the technology space, recognised for its commitment to quality and excellence.
