Learn more at https://asatsu-dkvn.comKey Responsibilities:Support the development and execution of media strategies & media mix plans in alignment with business and marketing objectives.Conduct research on consumer insights and behavior analysis, and propose innovative formats or creative solutions to improve campaign performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration across channels.Monitor campaign performance, benchmark results, and provide optimization recommendations.Prepare reports on campaign progress, issues, and solutions for the line manager.Assist in managing client expectations and maintaining client relationships by ensuring quality delivery before, during, and after campaigns.Coordinate with internal team members and external partners/vendors to manage workflow and resources.Stay updated on best practices, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve team expertise.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.4 years of experience in digital/media planning & execution (agency experience preferred).Hands-on expertise in paid media platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic DSPs.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Good communication, organizational, and project management skills.Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively and support multiple stakeholders.Fluent in English.
