Overview:The Integrated Media Manager is a key leader in the company’s growth engine, driving integrated, full-funnel campaigns across B2C and B2B, spanning offline, digital, and emerging channels. We aspire to set the benchmark for executional excellence in marketing — ensuring every campaign is delivered with consistency, precision, and impact. The role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and deep knowledge of media dynamics, with a focus on measurement, optimisation, and building future demand. The successful candidate will inspire their team, set new standards for execution, and help position the company as a challenger brand recognised for world-class delivery. What you will do:Lead the planning and execution of paid media strategies across the full funnel, driving sustainable growth in B2C and B2B.Translate media strategies and results into compelling stories that highlight execution quality, business impact, and effectiveness versus benchmarks and competitors — helping all stakeholders understand and believe in the value of our investments.Ensure executional excellence through the team and agency partners, accountable for quality, consistency, and measurable outcomes.Manage multi-million-dollar budgets with discipline, delivering strong ROI and optimised channel performance.Orchestrate channels across objectives and campaigns, working with marketing, business, and customer lifecycle (CLM) teams, as well as organic, creative, and web partners.Guide campaign analysis and structured testing (ads, landing pages, audience segments) to generate insights, improve conversion, and raise performance against benchmarks and competition.Provide clear performance reviews and competitive insights to senior management.Safeguard compliance with regulatory requirements and internal brand standards.Stay ahead of AI-powered discovery (e.g. AI-driven search and LLM-based brand discovery) and propose new opportunities during media reviews.What we are looking for:Experience in Media or Digital agencies / Advertisers Media Management department or Media Company / Media Research AgenciesExperience in tech/telco/fintech/banking/finance communications field gained in-house or at a global agency, with understanding of regulatory environment a plus
