该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责 PMTØLead EESE team to deliver per product development process (GPDS), and ensure the milestone deliverables are completed on time with quality, and at right cost/weightØAct as the key link among the Vehicle Program management team, EESE Engineering team and X-functional team ØRepresent EESE to attend/host key meetings such as EPMT, EEES manager/Chief BPR, EMM, PST, SAR, CPEDFLaunchØAct as Global lead engineer extension and lead on-site team (inc. JV team) in plants for the Launch and Localization of product/programs. With project management of EESE LQOS deliverablesØInvestigating and solving problems, eg electrical build failures. Interpreting and analyzing results and data by applying problem solving techniques, such as Is/Is not, ABA, fishbone, 5D, 8D... Understand electrical design spec, function spec, software spec, test spec where requiredØRepresent EESE in launch forums such as start up, Hard rocks, EESE BPR/TDR, gateway report outs and other senior management reviewsOPDØLiaise with Global lead engineer and JV for post Job1 improvement work (OPD)Other tasks and responsibilities assigned by line manager or the management 能力和技能 ØGood Program Management skills and solid engineering foundationØCommunicating in English language environment fluentlyØAttend evening discussions with Engineering Activities in Dearborn (US) and other global sitesØTravel to suppliers and/or our JV manufacturing facilities is required which will be funded by ØThe purchase service will primarily be required to work within the standard business hours but at times will be required to support the company outside these hours on an as required basisØClient will supply the IT equipment (desk phone & laptop)
