Introduction to the jobWe are looking for a highly skilled inter-company accountant to join our Asia inter-company settlement team. As a part of the team, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our intercompany account reconciliation and management, contributing to the end-to-end global financial processes of our organization. You will be responsible for managing inter-company transactions of Taiwan and Japan. Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Job DescriptionManage monthly Taiwan/Japan inter-company (ICY) report reconciliation and regularly report outcomesCollect and maintain supporting documents for settled inter-company invoices processed through IHCPerform mismatch analysis and identify root causes through stakeholder discussionsConsolidate mismatch analysis across Asia entities, transforming insights into actionable improvements and reporting outcomes.Lead the overall customs correction process based on mismatch findingsManage ICY down-payment processes, including related account reconciliationsLead and drive continuous process improvement initiatives across inter-company operations, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.Support cross-border payment and collection processes for customs tax audits, including documentation and issue resolutionAssist with tax filing activitiesCarry out assigned ad-hoc projects as neededEducation & Experience6~8 years of professional experience in relevant fieldsBachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or BusinessAccounting-related certification preferred (e.g., CPA)Hands-on experience with ERP systems, especially SAP, and data visualization tools like SpotfireProficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPointExperience in analyzing business processes and implementing solutions that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and complianceSolid understanding of end-to-end business processes including Market to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to ReportStrong grasp of business order flow and financial accounting processesPersonal SkillsExcellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindsetProactive, self-motivated, and passionate about continuous learning and personal growthFluent in English (speaking and reading), enabling effective communication across diverse teams - Chinese proficiency is preferred but not requiredSkilled in stakeholder management and relationship-building with colleagues and cross-functional partnersAdaptable and resilient in fast-paced, dynamic work environmentsOther information{{b}}Employment contract period: Total 12 months {{/b}}(Can be extended up to 6 months based on situation){{b}}Location: Dongtan, South Korea {{/b}}* ASML 공고간 중복지원 불가* 영문이력서를 포함한 자유양식의 이력서/자기소개서를 하나의 파일로 첨부This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R.730, et seq.).
