Flexibility is part of our culture—we'll work with you to support what matters, both inside and outside of work.Please attach your portfolio along with your CV for the hiring manager's review.Your roleBring a collaborative mindset and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.Contribute to multi-disciplinary projects, bringing your insight and creativity to the forefront.Create design presentations, visual narratives, and mood boards for clients.Take responsibility for the care and upkeep of our sample library, studio equipment, and supplies and help organise and host supplier meetings in our office.Support client relationships and service delivery on a project-by-project basis, with guidance from senior colleagues and join our internal network of sustainability ambassadors or champions.Liaise, where appropriate, with members of our multi-disciplinary design team and external consultants.Plan space efficiently and in line with statutory requirements and recognised industry standards.Assist in developing 3D models and sketches to illustrate design ideas—often evolving into VR and 3D flythroughs with your support.Stay curious about emerging interior design trends and help gather insights to support the team.Support senior colleagues in developing new business opportunities, including case study preparation and be willing to attend industry networking events.About YouA degree-level qualification in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline (or an equivalent overseas qualification).A strong desire to learn the design process and contribute from concept through to detailed design.Good communication skills, with the ability to work in a team and build trust with clients, partners, and stakeholders.Some knowledge of compliance requirements, including building regulations and standards.Proficiency in design software, particularly Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and AutoCAD.Experience with Enscape or V-Ray is a plus.Reward & benefitsExplore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive – at every stage of your life and your career.
