Falkbuilt HQ is seeking an innovative and experienced Designer for Falk’s delegated design/design assist process in charge of projects from initial concept through to final execution. If you’re passionate about shaping high-quality interior environments and enjoy overseeing the full design journey, this could be the role for you. 8+ years of experience with advanced Revit skills are required.Falkbuilt’s approach to interior construction—Digital Component Construction—combines proven construction methods with next-generation technology to build beautiful, high-performing and cost effective environments. As a Designer, you will be supporting architects, designers, and engineers, to get their projects from design to production while ensuring top end customer service.Responsibilities:Own the full design lifecycle, from initial concept development to final design, ensuring alignment with both client vision and project goals.Collaborate closely with clients to define project scope, design objectives, and ensure technical feasibility.Lead design meetings to clarify project requirements, providing creative solutions and alternatives when necessary.Create detailed project estimates based on designs and construction plans.Use Revit and Falkbuilt-specific add-ins to draft design drawings, including 3D models, renderings, flythroughs, and final submittal drawings.Ensure designs are accurately integrated with construction, electrical, and Architect & Design (A&D) drawing sets.Coordinate project teams, internal resources, and third-party vendors for flawless design execution, managing timelines, budgets, and quality.Oversee site evaluations to ensure design feasibility and alignment with construction constraints.Provide regular project updates and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders, delivering a superior customer experience.Champion the Falkbuilt brand by sharing our design expertise and innovation with both clients and internal teams.Basic Qualifications:A creative, strategic thinker who can lead projects from concept to completion.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Advanced experience with Revit is a must; knowledge of Enscape, SketchUp, and AutoCAD is a plus.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn new technologies, including project management software.In-depth knowledge of construction documents and specifications, including the ability to create detailed architectural sets (floor plans, elevations, electrical plans, etc.).Strong understanding of construction processes and the ability to interpret site conditions.Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with all the stakeholders and Falkers (within the Branch and at HQ) and make sure the client has a positive experience with us.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture with 8 years of architectural design or studio experience.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and ensure clients have an exceptional experience.Experience with Revit required - Enscape, and Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred
