We have open roles for Junior Interior Designer, Interior Designer, Senior Interior Designer, Interior Design Project Director, and Interior Design Director.This position offers the flexibility to be based in either our Shenzhen (Headquarters) or Shanghai office.About the Role:We are looking for motivated and talented Interior Designers to develop innovative design schemes from concept to completion. In this role, you will ensure the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction across diverse projects.Job Responsibilities:Develop schematic designs for assigned projects within the department.Select main interior finishes and coordinate spatial color schemes; create preliminary rendering sketches and oversee the final rendering quality.Proactively communicate design concepts with the Design Director and maintain clear communication with clients until final approval.Advance designs into the preliminary development phase; produce construction drawing sketches and ensure the accuracy of technical drawing packages.Monitor project construction progress, effectively resolve on-site issues, and refine designs as needed.Efficiently complete other tasks as assigned by leadership.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design, Environmental Art, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in schematic design. Graduates from top-tier art academies are preferred.Proven experience with large-scale interior projects, including residences, villas, sales galleries, shopping malls, and office buildings.Strong conceptual design skills, excellent creativity and spatial thinking, and proficiency in hand-sketching.Ability to independently manage overall project planning and case design, with a bold and innovative approach.Outstanding verbal communication and presentation skills, and a professional demeanor.
