The Company’s signature “PeoplesHR” platform caters to over 1,700+ public and private sector organizations in over 40 countries and is being used by over 1 Million users. Job Summary:We’re looking for an intern creative and enthusiastic designer who’s confident with Adobe Photoshop and has a flair for motion graphics and simple animations.You’ll join a fast-paced marketing team that’s behind brand campaigns, paid ads, and social media visuals seen across multiple markets. What You'll Do:Design campaign visuals, social posts, and ad creatives that stand outEdit and animate short-form videos, motion graphics, and reelsBring campaign storylines to life through visuals that connect and convertCollaborate with marketers and content creators to deliver fresh, cohesive campaignsWhat We're Looking For:Proficient in Photoshop; familiarity with Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or After Effects is a plusBasic understanding of motion design or video editingStrong creative energy, curiosity, and eagerness to experimentPositive attitude, team spirit, and openness to feedbackOpenness and flexibility to adopt and work with Gen AI tech stacks to deliver content at velocity Nice to HaveExposure to social media ads or digital campaign designFamiliarity with Canva or FigmaPassion for learning how creative storytelling drives marketing impact
