This role blends technical leadership, hands-on frontend development, and UI/UX strategy alignment.🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of complex, high-performing UI components.Define and enforce frontend architecture standards for scalability and performance.Collaborate with designers to transform wireframes into responsive, accessible interfaces.Optimize load times, interactivity, and usability.Mentor and guide the frontend team, conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices.Contribute to product roadmaps and UI/UX strategy.🛠️ Skills & Experience7+ years of experience in frontend development (React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js).Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS.Proven leadership in managing UI/UX or frontend teams.Experience with APIs, state management, performance optimization, accessibility compliance.Agile development experience with CI/CD and DevOps alignment.Strong problem-solving and mentoring skills.⭐ Nice-to-HavesExperience with design systems & scalable component libraries.Knowledge of micro-frontends and cross-platform UI (Web, Mobile, PWA).Familiarity with observability and performance monitoring tools.
